End User License Agreement (EULA)
The Report Ohio App
Effective Date: July 13, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and The Report Ohio, LLC (“The Report Ohio,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your download, installation, access, and use of The Report Ohio mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not download or use the App.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, The Report Ohio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on a device that you own or control.
- Access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Use the App in accordance with all applicable laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
2. Ownership
The App, including but not limited to:
- Software
- Source code
- Databases
- Articles
- Graphics
- Logos
- Photos
- Videos
- Podcasts
- Schedules
- Statistics
- Rankings
- Designs
- User interface
- Trademarks
are owned by or licensed to The Report Ohio and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by The Report Ohio.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy or reproduce the App.
- Modify the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where expressly permitted by law.
- Sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or distribute the App.
- Remove copyright or trademark notices.
- Attempt to bypass security measures.
- Use automated tools to extract content or data.
- Interfere with the operation of the App.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
4. User Accounts
Certain features may require account registration.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity occurring under your account.
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.
5. User-Generated Content
The App may allow you to submit:
- Comments
- Photos
- Videos
- Tips
- Messages
- Other content
You retain ownership of your content.
However, by submitting content through the App, you grant The Report Ohio a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and promote that content in connection with operating and promoting the App and related services.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.
6. Updates
We may provide updates, bug fixes, enhancements, security patches, or new versions of the App.
Updates may be installed automatically or made available through your device’s app marketplace.
This Agreement applies to all future updates unless accompanied by a separate license.
7. Internet Access
Certain features require an active Internet connection.
You are responsible for:
- Internet service fees.
- Mobile data charges.
- Roaming charges.
- Charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or provide links to:
- Live stream providers
- Social media platforms
- Mapping services
- Video hosting services
- Analytics providers
- Advertising partners
- Ticketing services
The Report Ohio is not responsible for third-party content, services, privacy practices, or terms.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective agreements.
9. Subscription Services
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are processed through the applicable app marketplace or payment provider.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable marketplace’s policies unless otherwise stated.
10. Advertising
The App may display advertisements.
Advertising partners may use device identifiers or similar technologies to deliver and measure advertising in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Report Ohio disclaims all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Availability
- Non-infringement
We do not warrant that:
- The App will always be available.
- The App will be error-free.
- Live scores, schedules, standings, statistics, rankings, or news will always be complete, accurate, or current.
- The App will be free from interruptions or security vulnerabilities.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Report Ohio, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, contributors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App or related subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Report Ohio, LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates, contributors, licensors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App.
- Your violation of this Agreement.
- Your violation of any law.
- Your infringement of another person’s rights.
- Content you submit through the App.
15. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
The Report Ohio may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination:
- Your license ends immediately.
- You must stop using the App.
- You must delete all copies of the App from your devices where required by applicable law.
Sections relating to ownership, intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
17. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded the App through Apple’s App Store:
- This Agreement is between you and The Report Ohio, LLC, not Apple Inc.
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms.
Your use of the App must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
18. Google Play Additional Terms
If you downloaded the App through Google Play:
- Your use of the App must comply with Google Play’s Terms of Service.
- Google is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for the App.
- Google is not responsible for claims arising from your use of the App.
19. Export Compliance
You agree not to export or use the App in violation of United States export control laws or any other applicable laws or regulations.
20. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Report Ohio regarding the App.

By downloading, installing, or using The Report Ohio App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
