The Report Ohio App & Website

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Report Ohio mobile application (“App”), website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by The Report Ohio, LLC (“The Report Ohio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content available through the Services—including articles, news stories, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, podcasts, designs, databases, schedules, statistics, rankings, software, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to The Report Ohio and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy or reproduce substantial portions of our content.
- Republish articles without permission.
- Sell, license, or redistribute our content.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Create derivative works based on our content without written authorization.
7. Scores, Statistics, and Information
We strive to provide accurate and timely information.
However:
- Scores may change.
- Statistics may be corrected.
- Schedules may be updated.
- Rankings may change.
- Game times and locations may be modified.
We do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or current.

The Services may include:

- Ticket providers
- Social media content
- Advertisements
We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy, or policies.
Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those parties.

- Payment will be processed through the applicable app marketplace or payment provider.
- Subscription terms, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable marketplace’s policies unless otherwise stated.

The Report Ohio is not responsible for the products, services, or claims made by advertisers.

If you believe copyrighted material has been improperly posted through our Services, please contact us with sufficient information to investigate the claim.
We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing material.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Report Ohio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

- Fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Report Ohio, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Report Ohio, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and contributors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Services.

- Your infringement of another person’s rights.
- Content you submit through the Services.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Report Ohio regarding your use of the Services.
